Overview on Administration of Oxygen
This course covers the safe administration of oxygen to patients requiring respiratory support. Students will learn the indications for oxygen therapy, the different methods of delivery including nasal cannula, simple face mask, and non-rebreather mask, the correct flow rates, patient monitoring during therapy, and the safety precautions that must be observed at all times.
