These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the E-Nurse Academy platform. By creating an account or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
2. Courses and Enrolment
- Access to a paid course is granted after successful payment through our checkout.
- Organisations may enrol students in bulk through the organisation dashboard without individual checkout.
- Course access is for your personal, non-transferable use unless enrolled through an organisation.
3. Payments and Refunds
Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include any applicable taxes. Because course content is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.
4. Accreditation
Our practical training courses are approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN). Certificates of completion are issued for courses you finish, but completion does not by itself confer any professional licence.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not share your account or course access with others.
- Do not copy, redistribute or resell course content without permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All course videos, materials and content on the platform are owned by E-Nurse Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You are granted a limited licence to access them for your own learning.
7. Limitation of Liability
The platform and its content are provided for educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-Nurse Academy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
